Question: What is the true safety and effectiveness of drugs approved by regulatory agencies to prevent, treat, or rehabilitate human disease?
To answer this question we need to analyze thousands of clinical trial records in public databases (e.g., ClinicalTrials.gov, EudraCT, Chi-CTR, and UMIN), hundreds of thousands articles in journal databases (PubMed, Embase,EBSCO, ISI web of science), and millions of patient case report forms (CRFs).
This information is too much to be analyzed only by a small group of researchers.
